2000 Ford Ranger
It idles really rough sometimes and we just changed the spark plugs and wires. And it kinda sounds like its gonna die. It also does it at higher rpms.

The plenium might be cracked, which is pretty common on rangers, or the idle silinoid spring valve is broken
