Sounds like the torque converter. If you are very lucky it may just be low oil level in the tranny. You can try changing the tranny oil but the damage may already be done by dirty oil or low oil level. Are there any messages on the message centre?? Put a code reader on it before you do anything in case it is an electrical or electronic fault.
