2000 Lincoln ls bleeder valve, does it connect to the degas tank or coolant reservoir
Does the bleeder valve add or take coolant from the degas or coolant reservoir. Or is the nipple coming from the coolant reservoir a plug that does not allow any coolant to or from the reservoir?

Bleeder valves are usually fitted to the cooling system to aid refilling and they are released to expel air trapped in the system. Unless air is bled from the system this way it is unlikely it will self-bleed or circulate properly.
Coolant reservoir or degassing tank is usually where the filling point and pressure cap is and a bleed valve would be rather redundant placed there. Not sure what you have there on your car unless it is a blanked off bypass port...
