2001 156 Alfa T Spark heater problems
Cannot get any air through the windscreen vents.Air will come through the dashboard vents but when you use the rotary switch to change the flow nothing happens, fan speed works fine, hot air takes an age to come on i assume this is only heat from the engine?

Sounds like the flaps on the heater box are not moving. you will need to check the cables to see if they have come off or if they are seized.
The heat problem could be a blockage in the heater matrix. Try flushing the matrix out with a hose from the engine compartment side.
Note: you will need to bleed the system of air after doing this.
