2002 BMW x5, power windows, door locks, lift gate, wipers will not work
Wipers quit while driving, LCM burnt out that night, replaced LCM now above not working, GM3 looks good all fuses are good, do we have to reprogram for used LCM installed

Yes you will need the dealer to correct this, the two modules are not communicating.
