2002 Santa Fe. Sunroof tilt stopped working about 6 months ago and today I slid the roof open and it is now stuck open. Can you give troubleshooting tips?

Sunroof is made by tudor webasto in germany/england..you could try dropping the cover to the motor and manually wind it back(car was supplied new with crank handle.....last time i worked on one of these it was a b...h.
