Throttle position sensor worn contacts when in drive contact position is at lower idle then in park position put it in park and raise rpm 's it should do it without problems but in drive the wear from everyday driving has caused a dead spot worn metal that is not making contact in that lower range also other answer can be correct check the lines and clean out the throttle body with fuel injection cleaner

Also check air hoses for rips /leaks or fuel pump faulty,
