2003 Hyosung GV250. Why is it hard to start?
After running out of gas it's hard to start. Only idles when the choke is fully on. If I try to rev it up, it dies. Sometime will try to start after the start button released. Kill switch off. Tried taking the key out as well.

Running low on fuel concentrates any water or sediment in the tank to the point where it just has to go down the fuel line and it clogs filters and carburettors. A tiny drop of water in a carb can play havoc...
I suggest you clean the fuel system and carb thoroughly...
