Began to over heat at highway speeds. No leaking of coolant. Had the coolant and radiator flushed and replaced the thermastat. Drove it at 65 ran at 3/4 hot then after an hour began to creep up to Hot again. No leaks, no engine lights. Thoughts? The other night I opened the hood and radiator fan was running and it cooled while sitting and drove at 55 with heat at 3/4 hot. Any ideas.

You can run a thinner oil such as 5w 30 would be perfect for this engine. Also are you mixing your coolant 50/50? 50 coolant 50 water? Do make sure it is filled with engine running. Run the car without radiator cap. Eventually the thermostat should open and **** in the coolant. As it does this, add some more mixture. This will bleed the air out of the coolant system.
Also make sure you exhaust is not plugged or the engine may run hotter. A new air filter would be a bad idea either.
I have a 2002 Liberty Sport 3.7L engine. It too began to overheat at highway speeds up to 3/4 on the temp gauge. No coolant loss. Became progressively worse. I had interior heat at idle no heat upon acceleration. I first thought blown head gasket but pressure tests and hydrocarbon tests proved this to not be the cause. The water pumps on these 3.7's are very easy to access and remove which i did to find that the plastic impeller had cracked where it joins the shaft, upon inspection it engaged with slight slippage with little effort, explaining the vehicle having heat inside and not over heating at idle. it also show that with further effort, the impeller actually slid away partially from the **** and did not spin at all, explaining the no heat inside and overheating upon driving. a simple water pump change solved all issues.
