Report "2003 Lincoln Navigator Air ride suspension - the driver side of the truck is jacked all the way up and stuck that way while the passenger sides seems normal. Not sure if its the sensors or what... but just from me search about this online I have found that alot of people are having trouble with the same thing around the same model year. I called Ford directly and complained to see if they would help with some of the cost to fix it since so many people seemed to be having problems with the air ride suspension. As of right now that are not helping but if more complained that might in the future they said.. and in the mean time if you have something like this repaired on your Navigator keep your receipt because if they do eventually help out they would reimburse you if you have the receipt"
