2003 Olds Alero 4 door. Drivers window won't work. The motor is trying but nothing happens. Can this be that the window came off the track? It's the only one that won't work. Although the passenger side window works, there is something rattling in the door. We just bought this car used and when we test drove it, the window worked. Please advise! Thanks, Joyce

If you here the motor but the window is not coming down or going up then that is the problem take the door panel off and look for the bolts that holt the window to the track
