2003 surburban k5.3 wont turn over at all
Battery has 13.62 volts. even put it on the quick start charger to jump it. everything works fine, all lights are bright even high beems. checked starter relay, fuses and cables. disconnected battery to reset any thing by chance. Hit the key and nothing but a slight click near the glove box. motor does not even try to turn over. could it be low cranking amps in the battery? a couple (2) times this last month it did start like the battery was getting low. once in the am (set all night)and once at night (after sitting for 3hrs watching the DVD player). not sure if its the battery, starter or some thing worse. any help would be GREAT!!!

Looks like you have done what I would have suggested, however I had a similar problem on my Ford Falcon. All it turned out to be was the cable going from the battery to the starter motor. It was 'frayed' at the starter end and so wasnt getting full amps, I fixed it and all was good. Could also be a loose 'signal' wire to the starter as well. PS: You havnt just rebuilt the motor have you?
TURN OFF RADIO,FIRST REMOVE BATTERY TAKE TO AUTO PARTS STORE LET THEM LOAD TEST BATTERY SEE IF BATTERY TOO WEAK .
CLICKING NOISE COULD BE BAD STARTER RELAY OR VECHICLE IN THEFT SECURITY MODE IN WHICH WILL DISABLE STARTER AND FUEL SYSTEM USE CODE SCANNER SEE IF YOU HAVE ANY FAULT CODES.
