2003 Tahoe dual climate control. I can only get the rear blower to function the front does not come on for any of the settings
There is a annoying ticking sound above the drivers seat under the head liner i believe. checked fuses and the compressor comes on there is also a * with a diagonal line.

Bang your hand under the passenger dash see if it starts working most likely a bad blower motor resistor
Either the fan moter is broken or the fan blades are unseated or reamed out.
