2004 Chev Epica - oil light comes when car comes to a stop
I have a 2004 Chev Epica with 55K km. Sold as a Suzuki Verona in the US. After driving 10km, the oil light comes on but only when the car comes to a stop and I use the brakes. Intially the light will blink, but now stays on. Light goes off whem I press the gas or rev the engine at Park. The dealer changed the oil sensor twice but didn't solve the problem. Oil level is fine and no leaks. Change the oil regularly. Car still drives smoothly. Dealer can't seem to fine the problem and no codes on the computer. Help!

The oil light is coming on due to sensed low engine oil pressure, this is not a level issue unless u are about 3 quarts low, oil pressure indicators don't leave any computer codes, so who ever told u that is wrong, u need to test the oil pressure with a mechanical gage when the oil light is on, until U need to confirm that u don't have a real pressure issue here or you can burn out the engine bearings, if the pressure checks ok then rplace the oil pressure light sending unit in the engine.
