2004 Ford Expedition 5.4L What can be the problem?
ONCE OR TWICE A MONTH WHILE DRIVING THE CAR WILL LOSE POWER AND RPM DROPS TO 950-1000 AND WILL STAY THERE , NO LIGHTS ON THE CLUSTER AND THE CAR STAYS ON. AFTER FEW SECOND WITH ME PUSHING THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL FEW TIMES EVERYTHING GOES BACK TO NORMAL AND I CAN KEEP DRIVING.

This are quite a few reasons for this... and sorry to say, but you will need to get them checked out (Unless you can do it yourself).
The easy one is to check to see if the pushswitch (under the accelerator...IF your car has one... some dont!) is working. To do that just push it with your finger and if it feels nice and smooth then its ok.
But apart from that there are the other things you need to check:
worn spark plugs
faulty fuel fump
faulty fuel injectors
And also check to see if your exhaust pipe is clogged.
