2004 optima wont stay running after fillup
Hello,
My 2004 Optima has 68,000 mile on it and it wont stay running after fillup. I have to push the gas to star it and rev the engine for a couple of minutes and then it is fine! As soon as I drive eveything is fine even if I only drive a little and shut of the car, it will start right up! It only does it when I put gas in it! I have replaced the gas cap and it made no difference. Please Help!!!

Semms to be like some of the vapor lines coming from thank to engine might be flooding your engine,
but also locate the fuel pressure regulator at the engine compartment and unplud the vacium hose, if you see any fuel coming out from fuel pressure regulator, or if the vacium hose smeel like fuel, then the regulator is not good.
