Runs perfect at low speed low rpm. I cleaned the air box, checked for clogs, cleaned the filter sock, replaced the air filter, put in fresh gas, still bogs. Removed the carb and stripped it down for a good bath, still bogs. Replaced spark plugs, still bogs. Please help.
