If it is not getting fuel when you first start it, nothing you replaced is involved.
Could be a faulty fuel pump relay or check valve in the pump.
You would need to check fuel pressure at the injectors before you first crank the engine. It should have at least 25-30 psi of pressure after sitting overnight. And the pump relay should power the pump for 3 or 4 seconds when you first turn the key switch on.
