2004 wrangler blinker problem
My 2004 jeep wrangler's blinker quit working, my brother n-law has checked all wires they all come up working, I even changed the turn switch. does anyone have any suggestions on what else i can try to see what the problem is? I also changed the fuses, flasher ect. when i would use the turn signal they would work then stop working so basically they would blink a few times then stop. then they suddenly just stopped working all togeather. I also used my emergency flashers alot becuase I am a mail carrier so possibly using the flashers caused something?

What other problem did you have before the signals quit? Something that stopped all functions from the signals has to be either a feed or ground IF the flasher is good. Signals feed. Hot wire from the flasher 1 and it should blink underload, but not with a test light or DVM. In other words using a test light the flasher wire should be powered steady. All the rest of the switch is switchable. You should also get a hot wire when the brake pedal is pushed. Check for power at the brake switch, key off.
