2005 chevy aveo my belt broke.I replaced the belt and put the timing belt back in time but it still won't start.Could it be the cam shaft sensor?

This is a interferance engine and the valves are bent the head needs reoplaced
It may be an interferance engine which means the valves may be damaged doing a compression test would show this
