My 2005 Dodge Magnum will not turn over. I turn the key dash lights come on, i heard the fuel pump activate but the engine does not turn over. Battery is good, all electronics are powered up (head lights\ac\heater\radio...everything electronic powers up nice and bright. the battery is not low or dead. Just to be sure I hooked up my wife's car to jump start but still nothing. I checked the manual for the fuses related to the ignition and starter...they all look good. Bought a starter reply but don't see where the goes...according to my owners manual there is nothing that the starter reply would fit into that is related to the starter...but to test I swapped all the relays out and tried to start the car...but still doesn't turn over. anyone have any advice?
