Report "2005 Ford Expedition stall at Low RPM& runs Rough Guy my name is Derrick and I am new to this forum. I be been an owner of a 2005 ford expedition 5.4 L engine truck for two months now and seem to have spend a fortune to fix a never ending problem. To begin with I had this nagging noise comming from the engine that made this truck sound like a diesel pusher and installed new cam phasers, timing chain and accessories that go with it. This seemed to solve that problem. A week after the truck started driving sluggishly and at low RPM or every truck stop it stalls. I have installed new camshaft position sensors,new crankshaft position sensors and new VCT and new oil pump at the advice of different dealerships and this takes care of the problem only for a few extra mile, nothing more than 10 miles drive , then the truck begins to drag and run rough before I even get to three stop Trafic lights from the dealership. Please Ford expediton knowledgable friend. Help me out with any valuable advice that points me towards having this problem fixed. The truck constantly has an engine light on which gets reset every time a its worked on, only for the light to come up again two or three Trafic lights down the road. The computer diagnostic always show P0022 error even when all parts associated with that diagnosis have been installed. Thank you in advance for helping me out"
