2005 Kawasaki Ninja ex250 Battery is fully dead in bike will not stay on Unless I have a charger on it Does the battery has to do something with it Or does the bike Do not put out current to keep itself running ?

Sounds like the charging system has gone bad. You must have the battery at full charge and test it with a volt meter. test the battery with the bike off. should have 13.6 volt or around there. Start the bike and rev to 2 or 3k and it shold show 14.5. if it doent then the stator is bad.
