Two things are the most likely culprits here: 1) the window motor/regulators in the doors are busted/done/gave up the ghoat, or 2) the actual switch for the windows need to be replaced. If the don't go up or down using the master window switch on the driver's door AND using the switch on the actual doors themselves, I'd lean toward suggestion #1. If it will work with one of the switches but not the other, I'd lean toward option #2. There is a possibility it could be another issue, but, the most common I've seen would be #1.
