2006 300c water hose came off about a week after changing out radiator now car is running hot again. Runs good for about 20 minutes then it gets hot and sprays a mist of water near the thermostat that's also new. What could the problem be?

The mist of water is the first thing to fix. And while fixing that replace the thermostat. Anytime a radiator or water pump is replaced, the T stat should also be replaced.
