At a traffic light, my 2006 honda civic began to idle rough, thought as I drove onto highway, it would open up. Instead, it lost power and rpm's dropped and no acceleration. Car won't go faster than 20mph. Emmisions light went on dashboard. Car starts fine, idles rough, no power. Suggestions?
