2007 cHEVY iMPALA
While idling the car shut off and will not start. Fuel pressure is 52 psi key on engine off. 60 psi while cranking. changed the crankshaft position sensor, still no start. Can spray starter fluid into the intake and it will start momentarily.

Are the injectors being turned on by the PCM ? Car an pad lock symbol light lit on the instrument cluster ? Anti-theft system !
Pad lock symbol is not on
Cam sensor signal is needed to fire injectors , videos on you tube for testing cam sensor . All so check for five volt reference signal at the TPS - throttle position sensor , three wires , one five volts , one ground , one signal to PCM .A shorted sensor on the five volt reference circuit will stop vehicle from starting.
