If there is to much playing with the sterring wheel, then normal condition. I would recommend you take it to a shop to get it look at, could just be the power steering pump, to being your suspension or something more complicated. But please don't drive it, as it is not safe, and could lock or not function at all, and could result it death or serious injuries. Have a mechanic take a look at what is actually causing to steering to be that loose.
