2007 kymco 250 xciting scooterjust rebuilt motor and now I can't get motor to turn over.starter and battery r good.when I try to start all it does is click threw the solenoid.someone please help

A clicking starter solenoid is usually caused by a discharged or defective battery. I would charge the battery and check the connections. The battery voltage should remain above 10 volts WHILE CRANKING.
