You're not far off from most of that air suspension going bad. If you're looking to save some money, I'd recommend converting your Navi to coil suspension. The ride is more or less the same and it's a fraction of the cost. Should last you the rest of your car's lifetime.
See if this company has something in their inventory. I've worked with them before on an older Navigator.
