2010 mini cooper s very rough idle on start up! Just had my PCV replaced issues with stalling, surging etc.. have seemed to gone away. What is causing my engine to idle rough if no code is coming up?

Check plugs and make sure all air intake is tight
check fuel pressure too if the pumps going bad it will surge and run rough
EGR leaking thru, throttle needs cleaning, vacuum (severe) leak, ignition cap, rotor, wires, plugs,
Potential air leak at the input to the computer?
