2011 Hyundai sonata went thru some deep water and won't start at all, hooked up the diagnostics and it says there's nothing wrong, any ideas?

2011 Hyundai sonata went thru some deep water and won't start at all, hooked up the diagnostics and it says there's nothing wrong, any ideas?

Diagnostics doesnt really show popped fuses shorted wires or shorted equipment like starters get a meter and start checking for damaged components
