2012 nissan altima, after installing a airhorn car was dead ... had to jump start ,now now cluster and engine idles but floor it and it goes just above a idle and reveal up and down please help

Hi there this seems to have become a engine management issue ,beginning with electronic engine throttle malfunction ,get battery voltage back to normal disconnect positive battery terminal for a few minutes as a manual ECU reset this may solve the problem although a diagnostic check will be advised. check for a blown fuse
