2013 Honda Pilot back door won't open. It is not electric... you can hear it click but it won't release all the way. Anyone have any issues with this?
You can hear the "click" when you press the button but it will not release. Top 1/2 (Glass) opens fine. We have pried it open before, lubed it and it worked for a few days but is stuck again. I need to be able to fully use the back for sports equipment etc but can't get it to open. Honda wants to charge us $110.00 just to look at it. HELP PLEASE
