I use a moto x android hand held and when that happens ,i just totally shut it down , and turn it back on , and let it reboot .if that don't work , take it in and have a software tech repair it. i'm a master automotive technician , but not on phones . sorry.
Why not ask jeep for help, amazing, the magic dont work and what to do, ever consider asking the seller, of car>????????
