There is no "relay" per se for the headlights. The switch doesn't actually switch power to the headlights. It's only a signal to the body control module (BCM). When the BCM receives a signal from the headlight switch, it switches power to the headlights. There is no mechanical relay in this system. Headlight switch is a fairly high failure item on Chrysler products, so the first thing you want to do is use a scan tool to see if the BCM is actually getting the command to turn on the headlights. If it is, then you've either got a bad BCM or a wiring issue from the BCM to the headlights.
