230 volts on the label. I just had an outlet coverted to 240. I plugged it in and the motor barely moves and sounds like it is stuck or not enough power to move it. It worked fine at the last garage I tried it in. Tester showed 240 coming out at the outlet and 230 at the wiring in the motor. Is this a wiring issue or a motor issue?

There should be a diagram on the label for 110 or 220v-are you sure the last garage you ran it in was 220-it should only run at one of those levels without re-wiring the motor-cheers Denny
