29 LTD classic recieve is way off frequency. recieve sounds like bleed over from another channel. how do i adjust the receive frquency for a cobra 29 ltd classic?

Un fortunatly to properly align this radio you need an audio VTVM, occiliscope and a dummy load.
but before you get crazy with trying to align your radio, is the delta tune right in the middle? if not thats why recieve is off.... as well you can adjust delta tune to compensate for off frequency.
