3-D picture We have a 3-d like picture on our Apex rear projection. the red and blue lines don't line up and we don't know how to solve it with the remote, it's not the original remote either. The TV is about 5 years old. Anything can be done? Thanks

You should not have to worry about high voltage as long as everything is unplugged. If you are worried leave it unplugged for a few minutes... the service manual warns to discharge the picture tube anode to the CRT conductive coating and wear goggles, but any charge should discharge after just 10-15 sec at the longest.
You need to replace both convergence ICs number STK392-020
You can get replacements at the following link and they provide free instalation instructions with pictures so you can do the repair yourself which takes about 45 minutes from start to finish. Heres the link.
