3 green blinks
My tv power light blinks three times between each blink is about 7 seconds. The tv wont power up. I have tried to change channels when its in the middle of a blink no luck, any suggestions.

Look on Deflection board cp 150 2200uf 16v capacitor and there is 2 more capacitors 220uf 35v replace both of them. Green and Gold writing on caps.
