VACUUM LEAK OR FILTER IN TANK IS GUMMED UP OR CARB IS GUMMED UP. TRY SOME SEA FOAM IN GAS IF DOESN'T CLEAN UP IN ONE TANK, MAYBE CARB BOLTS ARE LOOSE.
Carby needs pull down, There is a fine filter in there that is clogged. Be aware they are very delicate, easy to lose parts.
