3 where the freezer is freezing but the fridge is not cooling.I turned off power over night to defrost but no change. Any suggestions
Model no a472/3 serial # 8564 472 15010 I can adjust and here stat click on /off but nothing happens. I do not see how cool air from the freezer gets into the fridge. Thanks

That model number is no good. Should start with a w and be about 10 digits long. On a sticker in the fridge
