Have 2 rooftop ac/heatpump,now zone 2 does not show on controle center t stat,reset system had FF on screen,but no more zone 2.checked all powers ac+dc all good looked for loose wires checked sensors,removed controle box checked for burn traces loose solder/cold solder did not find a thing at first the controle center would go down with mode button to cool but never turned on fan,no more heatpump would. no the zone is total dead. Thanks for reading my trouble list.

Follow the steps in suggested answer #3. Make sure the cable connections are good and the wires have continuity. When I've had this code in the past it's usually been the control board in the heat pump, on top. There is a fuse on that control board as well, make sure you check it. If everything else checks out replace the control board.
