The Standby led, always is blinking but not turn on the tv when push "POWER". In the power supply board (3138 103 6294.3 ) The capacitor, C2074 = 2200 microf./25volt, was blowed, I changed it and right now the voltage is 18 VDC, but the failure still. I have not the Schematic of this equipment. May be somebody can help me.
