As of yet there is no unlock for this and it is unknown as to whether there will ever be one, jailbreaking may be possible but not the unlock unfortunately, http://blog.iphone-dev.org/ keep an eye on this site as dev team release jailbreaks as soon as they have cracked them and all free, also be careful of sites advertising unlocks for 3.1.3 as they just charge you, give you the current software that doesnt unlock this and you wont see your money again
