Unplugged a/c plug on lower line. Stays on. Unplugged temp. by thermostat ...still on. Unplugged hi speed relay ...stayed on. Moved low relay to hi spot and seemed to turn off. Why? thanks.

Unplugging the sensors can make the fan run.
When the computer fails to get a signal from the sensors, it turns the fan on as a default step to keep the engine from overheating.
Its also possible the relay was stuck on.
