4 of the entire screen (about 3"). I've tried to adjust the settings using the controls on the bottom of the monitor, but have been unsuccessful. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Right click to your desktop and go to graphics option.
right click your desktop and go to graphic options. and also check your display properties you might set it with the different resolution to your monitor.
