4 of the way full, stops filling, & buttons start flashing
IF I turn the machine off and back on again it continues to fill, shuts off again a normal level, and then buttons flash again. It won't make drinks because the buttons are flashing. IF I just let it heat all the way up at, 1/4 full or normal level, buttons still flash and can't make drinks. IF I then turn the machine off and on again buttons stop flashing but machine overfills. It won't stop filling at that point, and pops the overflow valve continuing to overflow. I've tried leaving it at a normal level (the lights are flashing), I open the steam wands to purge the lines for a couple minutes, it still doesn't make the lights stop flashing. The machine is calling for water normally, and filling to normal levels but when I turn it on and off again it always calls for water no matter the level. It's not as if the boiler is filling because of a mechanical issue, or a solenoid being stuck open, the machine is actually calling for the water that overfills it. I've cleaned the level probe which was pretty dirty, and tested the connection of the wire to the probe. So the level probe is clean and the wire is getting a reading. What other issues could be causing it to overfill? I'm stumped. The machine has recently been PM'd, we cleaned out all the group heads, replaced full set of nuts, gaskets, screens, cleaned out all the limed up lines, replaced the group solenoids, repaired bad lines or replaced, and installed a new pressure switch. But the f#$%R won't stop filling! GRRRRRR. Any Suggestions?
