Likely this was a nitrogen filled scope (once) Cross hairs can't be replaced and the scope cannot be re-filled and sealed unless you send it back to the manufacturer. Likely the cost will be higher than you want to spend as there are many fairly decent scopes available for $100 -$200 that will work equally well or better than what you have. Simmons and Bushnell have a good selection and unless you intend to mount it on a 45-70 or something they will last a long time!
