I have the 4100 series model, and in the last few weeks I believe a problem has occurred with the headphone jack on the system controller. I only get sound on the left channel. I've tried two different sets of headphones, and switching from "gaming" to "stereo x2" modes. No dice. I've made no software or hardware changes. All four extrernal speakers and the subwoofer work normally. I've checked that all cables and connections are correct and firmly seated.
